Scheduling a service

Before services can be automatically scheduled, ensure your Smart Schedule settings are configured with your availability, working hours, and daily capacity. These settings determine when jobs are automatically created.

When you offer a service to a customer and they approve it, NiceYard automatically triggers the Smart Scheduling system to begin creating jobs based on the service parameters and your availability settings.

Smart Scheduling automatically creates jobs based on the approved service frequency, your available working days and hours, and your daily capacity limits. Jobs are scheduled to optimize your route and workload.
