Rescheduling a job
Change scheduled dates for individual jobs or entire recurring service schedules
Review current schedule
Start by reviewing the current job details and scheduled date. This helps you understand what needs to be rescheduled and provides context for selecting a new date.
Select new date
Choose from available dates that fit your schedule and the customer's service requirements. The system shows only dates that align with your Smart Schedule settings.
Choose reschedule scope
Decide whether to reschedule only this specific job or all future jobs in the recurring service. This gives you flexibility to handle one-time conflicts or permanent schedule changes.
Add reschedule reason
Provide a reason for the reschedule to keep clear records and help communicate with the customer. This information is helpful for tracking patterns and improving service reliability.
Confirm reschedule completion
After rescheduling, the job will be updated in your schedule and the customer will receive automatic notification. You can always make additional changes if needed.
