From any scheduled job, you have four key management options: Message the customer, Reschedule the appointment, Cancel the job, or Request payment for completed work.

Message customer

Cancel job

Cancel a scheduled job when necessary. The customer will be notified immediately and the job will be removed from your schedule.

Request payment

After completing a job, request payment from the customer. They'll receive a notification with the invoice and can pay securely through the platform.
