Navigate to your customer's profile page and click the menu button (⋯) to access deactivation and deletion options.

Deactivate customer (recommended)
Deactivating a customer temporarily pauses all associated jobs and services without losing historical data. This is the recommended approach for customers taking a break from services.

What happens when you deactivate:
- All scheduled services are automatically paused
- Customer cannot book new services
- Historical data and payment records are preserved
- Customer can be reactivated at any time
- All services will resume when reactivated

Reactivate a customer
To reactivate a deactivated customer, find them in your customer list and select "Reactivate" from their menu. All previously paused services will become active again.

What happens when you reactivate:
- All previously paused services become active
- Customer can book new services again
- Scheduled services resume based on original frequency
- All historical data remains intact
- No data or settings are lost

Delete customer (permanent)
Permanently deleting a customer removes all their data, services, and history from your account. This action cannot be undone and should only be used when necessary.

- All customer data will be permanently removed
- Service history and payment records will be deleted
- Scheduled services will be cancelled
- This action cannot be undone
- Consider deactivation instead to preserve data
