Before canceling a service, review the service details, scheduled visits, and revenue impact. Navigate to the customer's service profile to see all relevant information.

Understand cancellation impact
When you cancel a service, all scheduled jobs associated with that service are automatically cancelled. This includes future visits and recurring appointments.
- •All future scheduled visits will be cancelled
- •Recurring appointments will be stopped
- •Customer will be notified of the cancellation
- •Revenue projections will be updated
- •Service history will be preserved
- •Customer can re-enroll in the service later
Cancel the service
Click the "Cancel Service" button to proceed with the cancellation. The system will automatically update all related jobs and notify the customer of the change.
Consider reaching out to the customer first to understand their needs. Sometimes service issues can be resolved without cancellation.
Post-cancellation management
After cancelling a service, you can still view the service history and offer new services to the customer. The relationship remains active for future opportunities.
